Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Insights Analyst to join our Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Management team, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Distribute Sales Reports: Generate and distribute daily sales reports to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monthly Sales Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing sales trends, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Create ad hoc reports as requested by the Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth Managers to provide insights into specific sales activities or market conditions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Actionable Insights: Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Risk and Opportunity Identification: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities to meet internal KPIs and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners and Key Account teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: University or equivalent college degree in business-related courses.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in the Packaged Goods industry (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
  • Skills: Working knowledge of AC Nielsen is an asset. Intermediate understanding of Cognos PowerPlay, Nielsen Workstation Plus, or Answers. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member. Strong organizational skills – project-based work experience. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
