Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product marketing managers to formulate effective marketing strategies and plans, focusing on critical market segments and business objectives to derive actionable insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on market trends and customer preferences to uncover significant insights and identify potential growth avenues related to products, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Utilize your research expertise while working within cross-functional teams, fostering relationships, and communicating findings effectively.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and devise innovative solutions to address research questions, while collaborating with diverse teams to create compelling narratives that convey insights.
  • Act as the primary resource for market and customer research, partnering closely with various leads across brand innovation, product marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Execute various research tasks, analyze raw data, and perform assessments and surveys to gather valuable market information.
  • Conduct assessments through in-person, telephone, and online methods to collect feedback on the company's products and services.
  • Compile competitive data and historical sales information to evaluate pricing strategies and marketing approaches.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and draw conclusions based on analytical findings.
  • Effectively communicate results and present recommendations in engaging and creative formats.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales trends, generating reports to assess program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in market research or insights, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors for research initiatives.
  • Ability to prepare and present research findings to broader teams.
  • Proactive approach in inquiry and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SPSS is advantageous.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
