Sales Strategy Analyst

Join our team as a Sales Strategy Analyst and contribute to the success of Lindt Canada's Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will provide data-driven insights to support our strategic objectives and drive sales growth.

About the Role
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support sales strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and distribute daily sales reports to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing sales trends, achievements, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and Key Account teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to ensure cohesive and integrated approaches to sales initiatives
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales strategies and initiatives
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities to meet internal KPIs and objectives
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in reporting and forecasting to continuously enhance system capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations
  • Use data visualization tools to create compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards that highlight critical insights

Requirements
  • University or equivalent college degree in business-related courses
  • 2+ years' experience in the Packaged Goods industry (or equivalent experience in a similar role)
  • Working knowledge of AC Nielsen is an asset
  • An appreciation of the E.C.R. process and an understanding of category management
  • Intermediate understanding of Cognos PowerPlay, Nielsen Workstation Plus or Answers
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong organizational skills – project-based work experience
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Entrepreneurial flair is an asset
