Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Insights Analyst to join our Lindt Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive sales strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth, and develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Generate and distribute daily sales reports to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and create ad hoc reports as requested by the Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth Managers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional partners and Key Account teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, and participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to ensure cohesive and integrated approaches to sales initiatives.
  • Expertise and Innovation: Serve as the go-to expert for all internal reporting and forecasting systems, providing guidance and support to team members, and stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in reporting and forecasting to continuously enhance system capabilities.
  • Presentation and Storytelling: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations, and use data visualization tools to create compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards that highlight critical insights.
Requirements
  • Education: University or equivalent college degree in business-related courses.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in the Packaged Goods industry (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
  • Skills: Working knowledge of AC Nielsen, intermediate understanding of Cognos PowerPlay, Nielsen Workstation Plus or Answers, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member, strong organizational skills, good communication skills, both oral and written, and entrepreneurial flair.
