Key Responsibilities:- Daily Reporting: Generate and disseminate daily sales reports to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monthly Analysis: Compile comprehensive monthly reports that summarize sales trends, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Create specific reports as requested by Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth Managers to provide insights into particular sales activities or market conditions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Actionable Insights: Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies and initiatives.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize sophisticated analytical tools and techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities to meet internal KPIs and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners and Key Account teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Integration: Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to foster cohesive and integrated approaches to sales initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Expert Guidance: Serve as the primary resource for all internal reporting and forecasting systems, providing support and guidance to team members.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within reporting systems, implementing necessary improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest tools and technologies in reporting and forecasting to enhance system capabilities.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools to create compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards that highlight critical insights.
- A university degree or equivalent in business-related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Packaged Goods industry or a similar role.
- Familiarity with AC Nielsen is advantageous.
- Understanding of the Efficient Consumer Response (E.C.R.) process and category management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Cognos PowerPlay, Nielsen Workstation Plus, or Answers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project-based work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
