Position Overview

This role requires a full-time presence in the office. It is a contract position with the potential for transition into a permanent role, offering a competitive salary along with performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between staff and clients, including organizing correspondence and managing phone communications.
  • Respond to incoming calls efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as required.
  • Address administrative inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform various general office tasks as needed.
  • Manage hiring-related concerns effectively.
  • Execute reception and administrative functions, including welcoming clients both in-person and via phone, and handling document processing tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Coordinate client appointments and testing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients and candidates.

  • Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals, service providers, and clients.

  • Excellent organizational capabilities.

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.

  • Capability to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in multitasking without sacrificing quality or professionalism.
  • Experience with payment processing.

Additional Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical secretarial role or a comparable background is essential.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of patient information and discussing sensitive details only with authorized personnel.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and effective time management skills.

Work Schedule

The selected candidate will be expected to work weekdays, primarily during standard business hours.

Compensation Details

  • The hourly wage will range from $21.00 to $25.00, depending on experience.
