About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Benton Janitorial. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages
    • Respond to electronic enquiries
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and staff
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Experience and Education
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
