About the Role

RhynoCare is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general office duties.
  • Client Communication: Assist with client communication, including writing and organizing correspondence, and providing excellent customer service.
  • IT Support: Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client and candidate information.
  • Scheduling: Schedule client and testing appointments, and ensure timely and efficient communication with clients and team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of medical secretarial experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate must be available to work weekdays, primarily between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The rate of pay is a range, based on experience, between $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
