- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, arrange travel and related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks as required, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Transportation and Travel: Own vehicle required for travel to various locations, including client meetings and property viewings.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and reliability
