Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize all essential transactional documents.
- Maintain professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assemble signature packages for various closings.
- Compile and manage Record Books efficiently.
- Ensure the highest standards of work quality.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage accounting-related duties.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a legal support role.
- Successful completion of a recognized Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Experience in document creation, numbering, styling, and reconstruction.
- Familiarity with electronic signature platforms and closing documentation.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
