Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize all essential transactional documents.
  • Maintain professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assemble signature packages for various closings.
  • Compile and manage Record Books efficiently.
  • Ensure the highest standards of work quality.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage accounting-related duties.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a legal support role.
  • Successful completion of a recognized Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience in document creation, numbering, styling, and reconstruction.
  • Familiarity with electronic signature platforms and closing documentation.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
