About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Superstars Realty Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives and teams, including preparing and coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Management: Prepare and administer contracts, invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize Simply Accounting, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Area of Work Experience: Support marketing, real estate, and sales teams with administrative tasks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and require attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
