Position Overview: Office Coordinator

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee stock levels.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and edit various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Assist with basic financial record-keeping.
  • Execute various administrative duties.
