We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Office Coordinator to join our team at HMTG PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the flow of information within the office.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications.
- Organize and confirm patient appointments.
- Complete insurance documentation and other claim forms.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review.
- Initiate and uphold confidential medical records.
- Conduct data entry tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
- Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Manage a large caseload effectively.
