Position Overview

Nandwana International INC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departmental functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • HR Department Support: Assist in coordinating activities within the HR department to align with organizational objectives.
  • Information Management: Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the team.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Mail Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and materials.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm appointments as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Community Support Initiatives

The ideal candidate will also engage in community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
