We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 839466 Yukon Inc. as a permanent full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Personal Qualities
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on providing exceptional support and service.
- Language
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
