Position Overview

This role requires a full-time presence in the office environment. It is a temporary contract with the potential for transition into a permanent position, complete with salary and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between staff and clients, including managing correspondence and phone inquiries.
  • Respond to incoming calls efficiently.
  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting as required.
  • Address administrative queries and perform various office tasks.
  • Manage hiring-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform reception duties, including welcoming clients, and handling documentation such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Coordinate client appointments and testing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients and candidates.

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, service providers, and clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proficiency in multitasking without sacrificing quality of work.
  • Experience with payment processing.

Additional Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical secretarial role or a similar background is essential.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and discussing sensitive information only with authorized personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule

The selected candidate must be available to work weekdays, primarily during standard business hours.

Compensation Details

  • Hourly wage is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $21.00 to $25.00.
