**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the onboarding of new employees, probation appraisal administration; offboarding of terminated employees
- Perform a key role in supporting the department in HR operations that will include Payroll Administration; Local Payroll (Semi monthly); Expat Payroll (Monthly); Payroll reconciliation and committing; Board (every quarter); Expat housing; Approval of expat payments; Expat tax report; returns/ refund follow up; Expense reconciliation; Benefits administration; Pension (member enrolment/ payments/ member termination/ AIR reporting); Group Benefits (member registration/ change/ any updates/ payments/ member termination); ROE; Year End Activity (year end and new payroll prep and T4 submissions); Employee Record Book - updating; Car logs; EHT - BC and Ontario; Issue of LOE (Letters of Employment); File administration - shared folder and file cabinets; Data management; all payroll related reporting, etc.
- Support the HR team for payment/ settlement of all invoices relating to HR and related services.
- Assist in all Data management relating to HR that will include preparing and coordinating regular reporting related to area of work to Parent Bank and regulatory bodies as required
- Assist the HR team in maintaining policies and guidelines governed by the HR & OD; maintaining the mandates and job descriptions of the Bank on a regular basis
- Perform required responsibilities in employee relations and engagement

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll and accounting regulations, including employment standards, CRA regulations, and taxation
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- PCP or CHRP is plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,500.00-$65,215.00 per year
