**Job Title**: Human Resources (HR) Associate

**Job Summary**:
Goldentrust Group is looking for the an HR Associate responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the HR function of the organization. Primarily focusing on managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Implement performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs that improve employees' knowledge, skills, and competencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources management, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and data analytics.
