Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees
  2. Manage payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  5. Conduct training sessions for staff on topics such as diversity, harassment prevention, and performance management
  6. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide support to managers in addressing performance issues
  7. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  9. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention
  10. Stay informed about developments in labor laws and regulations, and advise management on compliance issues
Role Requirements:

Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on staffing, payroll, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
HR & Payroll certification is a plus
