Prominent Homes Edmonton Ltd. is looking for Office Assistant to provide administrative/bookkeeping support and clerical services so that Prominent Homes Office operates efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities**
- Writing and monitoring all purchase order and other correspondence from suppliers and sub-trades
- Opening and monitoring all regular and electronic mails
- Invoices entries & bookkeeping duties.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Create and maintain files, scanning, renaming and filing documents.
- Answering the telephone and other electronic inquiries and relaying information and messages to other departments
- Setting up, maintaining and monitoring online file database management system and data entry
- Responding to customers complaints and providing solutions and forwarding work tickets to assigned departments.
- Maintain and update contact information for the company contact list
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Effective communication skills-oral and written
- Knowledge of bookkeeping
- Knowledge of website management (IT knowlegde)
- Excellent computer skills
- Advanced skills and competence in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Power point
- Good data entry skills
- Good organizational skills-ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to work with minimum of supervision
**Experience**
Bookkeeping experience - 1 year (minimum)
Administration - 1 year (minimum)
Note : We can provide help for PR process for students who wants to get their PR status for Canada, if they have finished their respective courses.

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
