**Job Type: Part Time Administrative**

Core responsibilities include general administrative duties including customer service at front desk, answering telephone, data entry, ordering of supplies and other office tasks.

**_ Experience Required:_**

No experience necessary. This is an ideal position for those looking to enter the work force and to train on the job. Experience in human resources, payroll an asset.

**_ Required Skills and Certifications:_**- Exceptional organizational skills and time management
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (working knowledge of MS Word and Excel are a must)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work in a team environment with multiple departments.
- Preparing paperwork for filing by organizing items as instructed
- Maintaining office supplies including organizing / keeping tidy storage areas, always ordering office supplies ensuring that supplies are replenished before running out.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment and successfully execute many tasks.
- Ability to manage time and deal with multiple issues, including shifting priorities and schedules.
- Punctual and reliable
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
