*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated School Secretary to join our team. The School Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. *Responsibilities* - Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and parents - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain student records, including attendance and academic data - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Support teachers and staff with clerical tasks as needed *Skills* - Proficient in filing documents and maintaining organized records - Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications - Experience working at a front desk or in a customer support role - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Ability to type efficiently and use phone systems effectively - Excellent customer service skills to interact with students, parents, and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.23-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
