Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant

**Our Invisible Empire** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant** to join the White Raven Accounting team. This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for growth, and a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including:
- General ledger maintenance
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Prepare and file personal tax returns (a plus)
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online proficiently with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as:
- General office administration
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- **At least 2-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
