Office Assistant/bookkeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support:_
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Update and manage office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Supporting proctors & proctoring a few exams if needed
- Bookkeeping Duties:_
- Record and maintain financial transactions using accounting software.
- Must be experienced working with QuickBooks
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software: QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
**Working Hours**:
- 2-3 days per week (specific days and hours to be determined).
- This position may be 4 - 8 hours flexible
- The position may be full time (if needed)
- Some Saturdays (Optional)
