Assistant Bookkeeper

Full Cycle Daily Accounting, Assisting our current bookkeeper, Responsibilities Include Daily Bookkeeping, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, Year-End Financials, GST Reporting/Filing, Annual Returns, Payroll Administrator, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Group Plan Health Benefits Administrator, Safety Administration, Spreadsheet Templates, Expense Reports, Human Resources, Due Diligence, Confidentiality/Time Sensitive Documentation, Inter-Company Template Design, Design of Company Policies, Procedures, Executive Administrative Support. Position also entails Reception Duties & Executive Administrative Duties.
A minimum of 3 years experience is required.
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
