Bookkeeping Clerk/administrative Assistant

**Condeau Management Services Ltd. ** is currently interviewing for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our Team in Calgary. This individual will be primarily responsible for day to day invoice and payable processing, banking, collections, assisting in month end financial package preparation including financial statements and invoice copies for our condominium and property management clientele as well as Administrative duties as required. Opportunities for advancement within the company will be available, commensurate with company growth.
**Your success will be defined by your ability to**:
- Complete posting and processing of daily AR/AP.
- Prepare deferred revenue calculations.
- Reconcile GL accounts as required.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable accruals.
- Prepare reconciliations for month end.
- Process credit card and e-transfer payments.
- Preparation of collections documentation and calls.
- Assist in year end audits.
- General administrative duties.
- Special projects as required.

Condeau Management presently has five full-time Condominium/Asset Managers, is a professional member with the Canadian Condominium Institute, the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta and maintains positive relationships with Land Developer and Builder stakeholders.
