About this role:

The Training Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance & Learning, Corporate, is responsible to develop training plans aligned with new or changed policy, legislation, or standards. This role plans, designs, and administers a variety of training programs and learning activities to meet user needs and certification requirements and performs analysis of training programs and makes recommendations.

Position requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in adult education or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of recent, related experience*.

OR

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered, i.e., diploma and 2 years of recent, related experience*

OR a certificate or coursework and 3 years of recent, related experience*

OR 4 years of recent, related experience* with a secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certificate.

*Recent, related experience must have occurred in the last 5 years and must include the following:

  • Experience in training and education management, including training development issues.
  • Experience developing or amending training materials and programs.
  • Experience in data analysis, needs and/or gap analysis, statistical analysis.
