About the Role
The Business Strategy Analyst is tasked with overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives and special projects within the Vice-President Finance & Administration portfolio. This role involves providing comprehensive reporting and analysis that aligns with the University's strategic objectives. Acting as an institutional resource and a catalyst for change, the Business Strategy Analyst offers professional guidance and recommendations to project managers and key decision-makers, including Vice-Presidents, Directors, and other senior leaders within the University.
This position also entails the development and preparation of impactful internal and external communication materials for priority projects and initiatives that support the University's strategic framework.
We seek a highly self-motivated candidate for this analyst role, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interaction across all organizational levels. Additionally, the ability to thoroughly analyze and interpret data, identifying and resolving issues as projects evolve, is crucial.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience in project management, research, financial data analysis, planning, report writing, and communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
