Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician at Omni Logic Solutions, Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support in navigating their technological challenges. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of experience in a technical support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for the benefit of fellow support analysts.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of applications and software through active participation in redesign efforts.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet-related inquiries.
