A day in the life:

  • Using company related platforms, you will be processing all online orders within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and coordinating bulk orders
  • With superior customer service, you will be responding to MSS customers (Corporate, Retail & Internal)) via email, phone, and online chat with timely and accurate information
  • You are the first point of contact for all incoming customer service-related inquiries, leads through marketing initiatives, and retail and web leads
  • You will be required to handle any returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner, as well as following the proper procedures in processing & handling the damaged/defectives goods returned to MSS
  • You are responsible for updates to corporate requests and special instruction updates
  • Retail lead tracking and communication will also be a part of your daily tasks
  • You will be required to stay current on the full line of MSS products, services and all internal policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service is met
  • Your success in this role will be measured by a scorecard, and meeting or exceeding established KPI's

What you bring:

  • Availability between 8am to 6pm (daily hours to be set) one 4-hour weekend shift per month is required, as well participation in a regular schedule supporting our online chat system
  • You must be able to travel to Head Office or the Distribution Centre monthly to complete in person tasks, training or meetings
  • Demonstration of the ability to self-motivate while working well under pressure, handling multiple tasks, and performing duties with a sense of urgency & a high level of attention to details
  • Follows all safety standards and ensures that all company policies are being followed
  • Able to build and sustain collaborative relationships & assist in creating a positive working environment
  • Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are required to handle both internal and external communications with tact and diplomacy
  • A proficiency in Outlook, Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
