Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications from clients and assist them with their inquiries and requirements.
  • Offer detailed information regarding our offerings, ensuring that clients are well-informed about their choices.
  • Address client concerns and grievances with understanding and effectiveness, aiming for resolution on the first contact.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and updates to our systems as necessary.
  • Work alongside colleagues and other divisions to enhance processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Achieve performance targets related to call volume, client satisfaction, and response times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written—along with strong listening capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management software.
  • A positive mindset and a sincere commitment to assisting clients.
