Overview of the Role of a Claims Support Specialist at Northbridge Financial

As a Claims Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, responsible for initiating new claims. Your role will involve delivering timely technical assistance to our Claims Adjusters via telephone, while ensuring data integrity and maintaining service standards within the department. During your time in the phone queue, you will provide outstanding customer service, making sure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Delivering exceptional Customer Service Managing a high volume of requests efficiently Collaborating with various departments to facilitate accurate and swift information exchange

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Post-Secondary education (College or University) A minimum of 2 years experience in front-line Customer Service Strong communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A collaborative team-oriented approach
