Customer Support Specialist

Channel Partners Group is seeking a dedicated and approachable Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding assistance to our clientele. In this position, you will manage incoming requests, cater to customer needs, and ensure that each interaction leads to a satisfying outcome. Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from clients and provide support for their inquiries and needs.
- Offer detailed information regarding our offerings, ensuring that clients are well-informed about their choices.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with understanding and effectiveness, aiming for resolution on the first contact.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating our database as necessary.
- Work alongside colleagues and other divisions to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve performance targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written—along with strong listening capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management software.
- A positive demeanor and a sincere commitment to assisting customers.
