About the Opportunity

  • Manage inquiries from existing and prospective private fund investors as it relates to financial information, portfolio company updates, RFI’s and ad hoc requests
  • Coordinate and prepare key deliverables for senior management including investor communications, quarterly fund webcasts and investment updates
  • Crisply and effectively articulate the private equity strategy to stakeholders, including describing new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updates
  • Actively engage in the formulation of key messaging to the market and be an effective communicator of this messaging both verbally and in written format
  • Plan to recur and ad hoc investor meetings, including annual private funds investor conference, and all related materials
  • Participate and coordinate in fundraising activities for the private equity group
  • Take the pen on written responses to topical items relevant to the business, and be able to communicate the firm’s views internally and externally
  • Execute on strategic initiatives within the group
  • Actively coordinate co-investment processes
  • Work with peers in other platforms to identify best practices to ensure quality and consistency of IR materials


About You

  • CPA and/or CFA designation preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in any of the following disciplines: capital markets, investment banking, accounting, equity research, corporate development, investor relations, transaction services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting and valuation models; knowledge of private equity investment structures is preferred


Salary

$125,000 to $135,000/year + 25% bonus paid out at target
