FutureSight is a leading Venture Studio dedicated to empowering visionary founders in launching innovative B2B SaaS and Vertical AI enterprises. We are currently in the process of expanding our team and are looking for a talented individual to enhance our Investor Relations strategy.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Family Offices, Institutions, and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI). This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a strong aptitude for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Engagement:
    • Design and implement events for Limited Partners (LP) and potential investors, both virtually and in-person.
    • Assist in marketing initiatives, content development, and outreach campaigns aimed at attracting new investors.
    • Identify opportunities for the Leadership Team to participate in relevant conferences and speaking engagements.
    • Develop and refine presentation materials for investor meetings and promotional events.
    • Maintain and update investor data within the CRM system.
  • Venture Capital Collaboration:
    • Support the capital acquisition efforts for FutureSight's portfolio companies.
    • Assess the investability of new ventures within the studio.
    • Research and deliver capital readiness programs tailored for CEOs and founders.
    • Engage with industry experts and active venture capital investors.
    • Facilitate connections between founders and potential investors in our network.
    • Track partnership developments in the CRM system.
    • Assist founders in securing non-dilutive funding opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in investor relations, community engagement, or related fields.
  • Background in venture capital, startups, or investment banking is highly desirable.
  • Strong desire to learn about venture capital and the startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of business principles is essential.
  • Knowledge of the technology and startup landscape.
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders confidently.
  • High level of discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
