Responsibilities

  • Clearly and effectively articulate the companies strategy to stakeholders
  • Plan and manage regular and special investor meetings
  • Address inquiries from current and prospective private fund investors regarding financial information, portfolio updates, RFI responses, and ad hoc requests
  • Prepare and organize essential deliverables for senior management, including investor communications, quarterly fund webcasts, and investment updates
  • Contribute to crafting key market messaging
  • Draft written responses on relevant business topics and communicate the firm’s perspectives internally and externally
  • Implement strategic initiatives within the group
  • Oversee and coordinate co-investment processes


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • CPA and/or CFA certifications are advantageous
  • Over 4 years of experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong grasp of financial reporting and valuation models
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and FISDX (Sungard) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
