Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, handling investor relations tasks, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage expense reports, ensure accurate and timely submission, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates on company performance.
  • Utilize analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior executives.
  • Maintain effective communication within the organization, including preparing and distributing reports, and coordinating meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or relevant field.
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
