• Generate monthly reports on office traffic and client base.

• Ensure the smooth running of the office by implementing and maintaining office systems and processes.

• Provide administrative support as required.


• Must hold at least 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Office Management or Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks is required.
• Experience in maintaining office supplies and ensuring availability of necessary resources for smooth office operations.
• Should be adept at Calendar Management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Familiarity with Office Calendar tools for efficient planning and coordination.
• Administrative Assistance skills are essential, including managing correspondence, filing, and handling queries.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and office equipment like printers, fax machines, etc.
