As the Office Manager at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, you will serve as the backbone of our organization, seamlessly blending branding and administration to ensure our offices in Ontario and Quebec run like well-oiled machines. Your role will encompass maintaining and enhancing our brand identity, overseeing the efficient operation of our office, and providing crucial support to our management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Branding**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that elevate the company's image and presence in the market.
- Collaborate and Lead closely with our branding team to conceptualize and implement captivating brand campaigns, both online and offline.
- Maintain strict vigilance over brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring that our identity remains strong and cohesive.
- Take charge of the creation, distribution, and management of promotional materials, ensuring that they align seamlessly with our brand guidelines.
**Administration**:
- Steer the day-to-day office operations with grace and efficiency, including tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and office maintenance.
- Be the driving force behind our Administrative functions,.
- Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels, office supplies, and equipment procurement, ensuring that we are well-equipped to meet our daily operational needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timeliness, embodying the Real Fruit Bubble Tea commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for preparing and meticulously maintaining various reports such as benefit management, company car insurance coordination, etc.
**Bilingual Communication**:
- Act as a bridge between English and French-speaking team members, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with fluency in both languages, fostering a harmonious work environment where language is not a barrier to success.
**Travel**:
- Hold a valid driver's license and be prepared to traverse the vibrant provinces of Ontario and Quebec to visit our office locations.
- Take charge of coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and team members, ensuring their journeys are smooth and hassle-free.
**Qualifications**:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating your academic prowess and commitment to excellence.
- Showcase a proven track record in branding, marketing, or office management, revealing your ability to excel in this multifaceted role.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency in both English and French, both in written and spoken forms, empowering you to connect with our diverse team and clientele.
