Bilingual (French) Office Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between internal departments, external clients, and stakeholders. Must communicate fluently in both French and English, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and translate documents from English to French and vice versa as needed.
- Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, events, and meetings to ensure timely completion and follow-up on action items.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients and suppliers in both English and French, providing exceptional customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure that office procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans for the Director of Operations and other team members as required.
- Driver Responsibilities: Running office-related errands as needed, must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Bilingual role as a senior administrator
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related filed
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential and a requirement.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience in office administration or office management, ideally within a medical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Interview will be conducted in French.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a medical manufacturing or healthcare setting, asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
