Office Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain office files and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively
- Manage reports for management
- Detailed orientated with accounting experience
- Must have knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Preparing and creating customer invoices
- Follow up on Invoicing
- Generate reports for management
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Accounting principals
- Ability to analyze accounts effectively
- Ability to provide general support to senior staff
Two years’ experience as an accountant, office manager or bookkeeper required.
**Part-time and will lead to full time**
**Education: High School**
**College or University (preferred)**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
