Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the greater Vancouver area. This role will cover the territory of British Columbia and Yukon, excluding the eastern Kootenays, requiring 50% travel with 20% overnights.
About the Role- Maintain and expand ROCKWOOL's presence as a major supplier of insulation to commercial and residential markets.
- Increase demand and solicit orders for products, maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions.
- Conduct demonstrations and product knowledge sessions with distributor staff, box store staff, LBM (Lumber building materials) staff, specialty distributors, installers, general contractors, and builders.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of success in building material sales roles, knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction, and good negotiating skills. They should also have strong internal and external relationship-building abilities, good leadership, communication, and presentation skills, and working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software.
