About the Job
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling flooring products to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities
* Sell flooring products to customers
* Identify new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with existing clients
* Maintain accurate records
* Meet or exceed sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements
* 4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Genuine passion for helping customers
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and grow with the company
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer commission pay, an automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and store discount benefits.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position that requires working on the road, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be required to have a valid driving license and a willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
