Strategic Territory Growth Manager

About the Opportunity
We offer a competitive $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, for this hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC (3 days in office) or Calgary, AB (remote). You'll have the endurance to navigate long-term growth while excelling in high-paced sprints of immediate opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform proactive sales calls, meetings, and campaigns to promote Invest X product offerings.
- Raise and retain assets under management within a geographic territory by conducting proactive phone calls and one-on-one appointments with financial advisors and direct investors.
- Delve into market trends, advisor and investor needs, and develop a comprehensive understanding to effectively communicate and build credibility.
- Maintain accurate advisor records and perform ongoing territorial sales and asset reporting within Salesforce.
- Work closely with the Distribution Team and achieve activity targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum 2 years of financial services sales experience.
- Private equity, alternative investment, equity trading, and/or wealth management experience is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be actively licensed and registered with the BC Securities Commission and the Canadian Securities Administrators.
