Results-Driven Sales Representative for High-Growth Startups

MagicPace is a fast-growing startup seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As we expand our operations across Canada and the US, we need someone who can help us shape the success and direction of our growth.
SalaryWe offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing new clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will work directly with our founders to craft new sales strategies and build outbound/outreach campaigns to drive new mandates.
You will also be expected to build relationships with founders and convert them into clients, create inroads for referrals with other complimentary service providers, and ensure seamless search/placement processes with our recruiters.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably with experience selling directly to clients.
- Demonstrated experience in cold outbound and building your own sequences.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
