Role Overview

As a seasoned sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for MagicPace across Canada and the US. You will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing new clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to help them achieve their goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably with experience selling directly to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a scalable, repeatable outbound sales pipeline.
  • Bld a network of referral sources within the startup ecosystem.
  • Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals and close agreements.
  • Debrief our recruiters for each mandate, ensuring a clear understanding of the role before kicking-off.
  • Bld and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and reselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a seamless search/placement process.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM.
  • Ensure you consistently hit your KPIs/sales quotas.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience selling directly to clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold outbound and building own sequences.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
