The Leadership Agency, a fast-growing Series A SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to join their GTM team in Downtown Toronto. Our client has been recognized by media outlets as one to watch in Toronto's startup scene.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting to the CEO
- Building and enhancing the GTM strategy
- Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales processes that align with company goals and objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to provide guidance and support to ensure team success
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborating with other departments, including marketing, finance, product, and revenue operations
- Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience leading sales teams at a high-growth startup
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
