The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.

This role involves direct interaction with decision-makers and requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how our services can meet the specific needs of each prospect.

Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000, with OTE potential to top base salary with minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses.

An ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, College degree or equivalent Degree, have Google Product knowledge, and be outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with great phone etiquettes.

They must also have strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals, proven technical ability with CRMs, and engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers.

The successful candidate will lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
