Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

What We Offer:

- Base salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
