About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Department at Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and review minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
  • Compose and edit correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammar
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Permanent work term with 30 hours per week
  • Work language: English
